Take a moment to give yourself the medicine of forgiveness. Have Mercy. Forgive you. Forgive them. Lovingly embrace What Is, exactly as it is. Surrender your burdens of resentment and shame. Lighten your load, dear one. Rest at last in the warmth of your own heart.
