Slumber Meditation: Having Trouble Sleeping? Stop Trying.
This 8 minute audio will guide you through a process of berthing and softening in your bed. The best way to be restless in bed is to “try to fall asleep.” The Slumber Meditation will instead invite you into your body and the sensations dancing there, slowly gentling your attention and guiding you into a relaxed presence.
